Lexus Enform 2014 software upgrade w/Slacker Radio
Hi guys -
Just wanted to add some screen shots and a bit of a step-by-step upgrade process for those 2014 IS F models running the Lexus Enform app suite. A couple of weeks ago Lexus released a free software update that added some functionality to I Heart Radio, and they added a new app, Slacker Radio.
Steps to upgrade:
1. Download the latest Lexus Enform app on your smartphone (Android or Apple iOS)
2. Register for a free Slacker Radio account (if needed) and "link" the account in your smartphone app
3. Start your car's ignition (don't need to start the engine), leave in park... some people suggest making sure your smartphone is on 3G/4G cellular service (not using WLAN)
4. Press your INFO dashboard button
5. Press your APPS touchscreen button
6. The APPS screen should "Check for Updates" - accept the update
7. After the Apps Suite is upgraded, you should have an upgraded I Heart Radio app and the new Slacker Radio app
Have fun!

with the number of 2014 ISFs they sold ( could be counted on one foot ) I dont think this will apply to many of us, but thanks for sharing the info. Looks super cool. When I bought our 2013 Sienna Limited I thought it would have this set up ( it did in the brochures) but its not set up. I wonder if this update will work for other Toyota vehicles

Nvm at this update looking at your garage and having a USB isf beside a RSP supra has to be a very nice and rare sight so how about some pics ?
I vote fore some pics of them both side by side that could be a nice wallpaper

I have been wanting to do a more formal photo shoot myself, so I will set one up by this weekend. The USB & RSP do look very nice together.
I'll post a few hi-res images suitable for a wallpaper if my photography skills allow for it

I find it pretty nice that Lexus is actually doing field upgrades. I have a 2011 A4 Avant Sport that never got *any* updates from Audi, incl. Nav updates or adding streaming BT, which was supposed to be supported on that MMI Gen3 system back in 2011. Luckily VAGCOM is out there and you can do a lot of tweaking with that on some of the lesser features.
Happy to see Lexus actually doing some product engineering and sustaining work on their installed customer base.
Regards,
- Kirk
