100 miles is not enough for our ecus. When a tune was tried on my F...it was similar. But at the end of the day there is not a generic flash that is going to work. Toms made a fuel controller. It basically lied to the ecu and it showed hp gaines . Problem was the ecu knew something was up and reverted back to the values before the Toms was installed. So if you guys want a tune u have to keep reflashing every 100 miles or so.....go ahead. But our ecus are very very very hard to trick.
The ecu as a cd makes me laugh everytime. Yes the engineers at Lexus put a secret map on the ISF. Its mapped for 800 hp. To access that map do the following. Up up down down left right left right B A start.

You might ask how this TCUTuning or AutoFlash works even on a 6speed manual car. Well each unit is programmed specifically for the vehicle being used on. There are only a handful of ECU manufactures such as Bosch and Siemens. Our partners have the data for these ECU and when looking at the original mappings, they have come across something very simple. Since a ECU is made for a couple of generations of vehicles, there is code where you can access performance maps. So if you think of your ECU as a CD, right now you are on Track 1. By using the AutoFlash, it takes you to Track 3 giving you much improved torque, throttle response, and horsepower. On some cars we have seen gains of 40ft/lbs. Because this is using the factory ECU, this data does not go away, cannot be detected, and is very safe and proven on cars around the world.

When I read this I actually laughed out loud and thought to myself.... A name like vivid racing actually put this on their website. Some pretty wack stuff.

I asked vivid about the gains on a 250, and if it works on boosted IS... they basically just said "huge gains! we'll give it to you for $600". i know they havent tested on a boosted car, I'm already lean in upper RPM's... theyre just salesmen it seems.
EDIT: THey just told me now it doesnt work on boosted cars. Also, theyre IS250 dyno shows WHP at 157whp AFTER the flash. Their dyno numbers are way off.... Buyer beware for sure.

So...they posted before/after on a 250 today: before 198ft/lbs and 207whp. After 206ft/lbs and 214whp. I don't follow what they're posting... Because their other graph for an is250 (different car) said after "tuning" hit 158whp after a 16whp gain... I smell more BS. Please no one waste money on this thing
Edit: sorry thought I put this in the 2IS post about this...

This tune is so popular it's spreading like the plague, lol. It's now available on a local Toronto website. http://www.kijiji.ca/v-engines-and-e...ationFlag=true
