Stock wheels, different tire sizes
I know that stock, my '11 ISF came with 255/35/19 rear and 225/40/19 front. Though I can get new performance tires from a buddy who has an Audi dealer and many a times people when they buy the new Audi they request different tires to be put on. Manufacture still sends the car with it's original tires but they get changed at the dealer, so the original tires I can have real cheap but he mostly has 255/40/19's.
Can I run these front and rear or what were the tires fitted onto the stock rims without any rubbing? Thanks in advance.

So in the worse case, I can still use them as rears preferably track rubber and just buy the fronts. Thanks.

In all honesty for track work I would stick with oem sizes on stock wheels. If you want wider tires I would also go with wider wheels for track use.

I8ABMR is not that I want wider tires, it's that I have access to summer rubber in stock rear size, well almost, instead of 35 it'll be 40. Any track wheels recommendations and what can we squeeze in for front and rear in terms of width?
