Textar brake pads identical to Brembo?

I bought them from the Ebay link...they came pretty fast!
There is a hologram sticker on them that says "TMD Friction"

I'm just worried about the pad backing doesn't have the metal cut out in on top...hmmmm
I am also hoping these are exactly like OEM as far as braking ability and feel :\

^^ Wishing the pucks didn't have the E sensor cut out either...
Our caliper / car does not use the E sensors..
The OEM's have no such cut outs on the backing plate or pucks..

FYI - The same eBay seller that MisterSkiz bought the pads from is also selling our front Brembo rotors for $249 shipped and all four Brembo rotors for $534 shipped. Both significantly cheaper than Sewell.

Agreed on the wish it didn't but this means they can use the same pad shape for the applicable Mercedes calipers, so they get more economy of scale.

Any update? I'm looking at finally replacing my rear rotors and thinking if the Textar pads are decent street pads, I'll be mighty happy to put new rotors and pads on all four corners.

I agree the OEM pads seem to work well under hard street use, even when subjected to repeated hard stops when the pads/rotors would theoretically be nuclear.
The only thing I wish was a bit better is the production of brake dust. I have used EBC parts on a number of other cars with great success, as some of their compounds produce very little dust when compared to certain OEM pads.
Are EBC's not a good option for our cars?

EBC red pads are great! However, they are aggressive on the rotors and don't last very long...and very very noisy.

I have used Yellow Stuff or Green Stuff pads along with factory or EBC rotors on a variety of vehicles, with great success, but no one seems to run EBC's on the F's.

I wonder why? I looked up if they were available for the F's from a vendor and it showed that the yellow stuff & the race pads they make were available for the F. Didn't show that the red stuff pads were available but maybe that was just a mistake on their website because I don't know why the yellow stuff would be available and not the red stuff pads?
