Cars not a daily but i was thinking about getting the front clear wrapped lip, hood, and side mirrors. I just had the whole front end resprayed for road chips etc.

I have a half clear bra and the half the front fenders done.

You will notice the line where the "bra" pieces end.

The bra protects from small stones, but big pieces will chew through the bra and mark it up.

If the car is not your daily driver it might not be worth it.

I daily drive mine in Chicago winters, the clear bra has saved it many times, but will eventually need to be replaced.

My F is obsidian and I've got VentureShield PPF on my hood, bumper, fenders, and mirrors. I'm a big fan of the product and the peace of mind it provides. I went without a bra on my previous black Lexus (IS300) and the front end looked like crap after a few years. The line from the clear bra is more noticeable when the car is dirty. When it's clean, the bra is nearly seamless.... and if you're worried about seeing a line, just wrap the entire hood.

The bra will also last longer if you use a cleaner/polish. I use a product called Plexus that was recommended by my installer and mine is holding up well.

^^^ He got the cf pieces done at CarbonFiberElement in New Jersey. I had my side mirrors done there as well over a year ago. Mine still look brand new. They are a top notch shop
