another wheel fitment question

another wheel fitment question
I'm planning on getting a set of wheels to replace my stock ones. The specs of the set I'm looking are:
Volk Racing G25, front size 19x8.5, offset 45. Rear size 19x9.5, offset 42.
I'm planning on wrapping them with Michelin pss size 245/40 for the front and 275/35 for the rear. I know that this will increase the diameter compared to stock but I'm fine with that.
My question is whether this combination will rub anywhere. I will not modify the fenders in any way. I found a guy with similar wheel specs, but he's running stock tire specs.
Thanks

Front will rub badly with the fender liners with those tires. I am running those tires on 9.5 +34 and 10.5 +35. I trimmed my fender liners where the front tires touch and it's fine now. The rear, I'm much more agressive than you though. I think you will need to roll rear fenders in order to fit though. My rear fenders are shaved and I'm running -2.5 camber. Could probably get away slightly less camber though

I have a similar set up to the ones you're considering (I'm pretty sure there's a set with those same specs in the FS thread).
Both my front and rears are rolled and I don't have any trouble, aside from slight rubbing on hard dips. They will clear the BBK easily, but it will be a matter of what your suspension is. You did mention that you won't modify your fenders, and I have safely seen 275s fit easily within the wheel well with no rubbing....but on stock suspension.
If you end up getting these wheels, you won't be disappointed. So much lighter than stock wheels and the design is simple, but looks great.

Thanks for the info guys

You should be good with that combo. If it were me, I would drop to a 35 front and 30 rear. When you squeeze a wider tire than called for on a rim, the side wall increases slightly as well.

You'll be more than fine with that tire setup, but as Fsport2UR mentioned, a 35 front and 30 rear sidewall would keep the revs. per mile closer to the stock tire set up, along with other factors that we might not think about when upsizing tires.
225/40- 26.09 diameter - 13.04 radius - 797.34 Revs/Mi - 62.14 MPH *stock front tires*
245/40- 26.72 diameter - 13.36 radius - 778.54 Revs/Mi - 63.64 MPH
245/35- 25.75 diameter - 12.88 radius - 807.71 Revs/Mi - 61.34 MPH
255/35 - 26.03 diameter - 13.01 radius - 799.15 Revs/Mi - 62.14 MPH *stock rear tires*
275/35- 26.58 diameter - 13.29 radius - 782.58 Revs/Mi - 63.45 MPH
275/30- 25.50 diameter - 12.88 radius - 815.81 Revs/Mi - 60.87 MPH
Because you're on stock suspension, you'll be fine with the 245/35 and 275/30 combo. Best of luck!

For the sake of not having to start another thread, would a square set up of 19X10+40 on a F 255/ R 265/35 work on stock suspension??
From what I've researched, the fronts should fit, but I'm a bit concerned about the rears. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit:
Found the thread. According to the OP, they don't rub on stock suspension.

Here's another with 19x10 all the way round: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...hotoshoot.html
Great looking wheels that aren't too expensive IMO
Edit: I actually just noticed he has them in the classifieds. Are these what you're looking at?

didn't want to start another thread so I might as well post a follow up question here.
What lug nuts are most people using. I found the following two sets. They have good reviews and seem pretty solid but will they work with the F? What thread size are the Fs studs?
1.25 thread size
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0006HOVNE/ref=pd_aw_sim_auto_2?refRID=0GNQGQWSA7WRYD2EP4ZA
1.50 thread size. I believe this is the correct size

Thanks
