hello everyone. does anyone know the piping size of the OEM exhaust, right before the resonator?

i'm looking to modify the OEM system and attach this magnaflow y pipe. 3 inch inlet to 2.5 inch outlets. if the OEM piping is larger than 3 inches, would the y pipe still work? i'm assuming an exhaust shop would be able to make it work? gonna do straight pipes to the rear. need to change out the borla bc of smog.
