No, not correct. The Sikky o2 sim does nothing with the o2 heaters and does not need to. If they are good o2's with functioning o2 heaters then they will read fine. The ppe unit does nothing different than the Sikky o2 sim. ppe redesigned there original one they had trouble with to do what the sikky one did from day one. There are hundreds of people driving on sikky o2 sims with no issue and pass emissions every year for over 5 years now.

Incorrect. An O2 simulator is completely different than an O2 conditioner.
A simulator replaces the O2 sensor signal with a generated signal, usually from an oscillator IC.
A conditioner also known as a signal modifier, does just that. It modifies the signal from the original O2 sensor to be within the parameters that the computer want to see.
Also incorrect. We used an off the shelf O2 simulator on the first car we prototyped on purely for convenience. It did work after some issues. We decided to use the O2 conditioner with our headers as we believe it is a better solution for newer vehicles that have more complicated tests for passing the emissions monitors.
We did not design and do not assemble the O2 conditioners we use. They are designed and manufactured by an electronics company that only makes electrical devices for automotive use.
I have not had any experience with the JE/Sikky o2 simulator, so I can not comment on its effectiveness. I am just correcting these false statements.
