Variable Ac fan speed?
Is it normal to have variable fan speeds when Ac is on? I understand on WOT Ac deactivates on some cars but when it happens I'm just cruising along coming to a stop, the fan speed increases.

Yes, it is normal as long as you are in auto mode.
