It happened only a handful of times in a 2 month period and hasn't happen since. Knock on Wood!!!

Same issue

I am having the same issue with my 2015 RX350 The battery was disconnected for two days and now my drivers heated seat is not working properly.
Sometimes it will not shut off, today it came on by itself. I was able to shut it off by switching it to cool mode.
Lexus could not resolve the issue.
