PPE Headers rubbing/grinding

Probably loose bolts. When I had mine installed I started noticing a few awkward rattling sounds that obviously shouldn't have been there. After they put the car in the rack again they noticed a few bolts had come loose, and of course they were the hard to reach ones, haha.
