Default Newbie on wheel fitment. Help!

Hi i wanted to run this wheels on my rears but i noticed the wheel dont clear up the rear brake caliper. I use as a day set up on the rear 19-9 1/2-43 they clear the brembo find . But the set up i wanted to use is 18-9 1/2-45 and they dont clear up

What does this mean ? I know theres a difference of 3 , is this means mm? If it is does this gets resolved with a 3mm spacer?

Sorry for my ignorance

When i mean it does not clear the calliper is that i hits on the spokes of the wheel by a tiny bit! The diammeter is perfect the bore diameter is 73

Not all wheels are the same so it's kind of hard to give you a solid answer. In theory yes putting a spacer in will work but I can't tell you for sure

The easiest way to gain any insights would be to post the wheel brand and model. Like streetx said, not all wheels are the same, even if the specs are the same. There are a few variables to deal with, but simply adding a spacer might not be the solution.
