In the effort of properly representing our product I will clarify the performance and design of our bushing manufactured by SuperPro. The intended design with our bushings is a progressive thrust resistance as the arm landing area is pushing up against the initial face of the bushing and the force drives into a conical profile. This allows less shock in the system and also more linear feedback to the driver. Typical Polyurethane is migratory under loads, meaning it will extrude out over time as it cycles. Supro has developed specific material formulas that do not behave the same way. This is why we can access toroidal pivoting designs that have lifetimes exceeded the vehicle. The bushing to arm interface sits 1:1 and because the arm has to pivot as its primary function the lubrication interface is protected with a diamond cross-hatch pattern. In neutral position, we want no preload on the bushing because it will wear the face of the bushing out. The grease we use was specifically engineered by SuperPro for this specific polyurethane material with over 1 year of R&D focused on longevity, retention and environmental resistance.
On track and while driving we can apply full braking without any steering input to correct. This means that I can literally let go of the wheel under full braking (not suggested by any means) and have no steering requirement to correct for geometry changes under braking.
In terms of sealing in the rear portion of the bushing and tube interface, as the leading interface is sealed with the arm junction the trailing interface is just that, trailing and out of the debris field. Nominally at rest the bushing provides a tight closure, under severe loads the tube will project as the face of the bushing is compressed but this is a small window and a small opening. Any dynamic seal would counteract the primary function of the bushing which is free rotation about the tube. With hundreds of bushings sold and used in recreational track days, Word Time Attack and countless autocross events we have plenty of data to support the longevity of the design and its overall effectiveness. With our $60 core refund and direct OE bracket pricing we sit very competitively priced on our bolt-in solution. We have looked for some time at manufacturing the brackets but the cost scale did not justify it yet.
For track specific race cars we already designed and tested a 0 deflection spherical bearing mount that was tested during the 25hrs of Thunderhill 2 yrs ago without issue. We continue to test the bushing solution with our 15"/14" braking kit and we will continuously improve as we see any necessary design changes.

Hey Rafi, are detailed install instructions included with your LCA bushings?
Yes... absolutely, instructions are step-by-step and show you how to properly set preload on the bushing. We are even thinking of doing a video to be released close to the ship date (June 24th).
Installation is easy, and should take less than 1 hour with proper tools (you will need basic socket wrenches and a torque wrench). It can be done on ramps, on a 4 post lift (drive on type), or conventional lift without removing wheels.

RR Racing production Ultimate Steering Response System (lower control arm) will be available very soon! We are waiting for the final operation to be completed on the bushings -- you will like the way they look and function!
Cool project article, will you be bringing your suspension system to market?
The suspension is in final stages of development and testing. We are very excited about it -- it is actually more comfortable than the OEM suspension, improved handling, and will have a quad adjustable option -- all at a very reasonable price!
Sorry, we cannot do a group buy on LCA at this time. Our first production lot is not large, and we already have many pre-orders. We will consider group buys on other products very soon. We will put a notice when we are ready.
Stay tuned guys... we are set to receive our production batch of poly bushings on Thursday. They will be red and 95A durometer, vs the 88 durometer pre-production black models we have shown.
Will update soon....

VERY interested in this. I suppose i can hold off on upgrading my suspension until the details come thru. Hopefully this is soon....
So where are the actual friction points on this RR Racing setup? Thanks.

Not sure exactly what you mean, but both the shaft and the thrust washer pivot as the LCA moves up and down with the suspension. The poly bushing is fully "flutted" at the shaft surface and at the surface in contact with the thrust washer. By "flutted" I mean that there are grease retention slots that keep the bushing lubricated.
here is a CAD picture of the bushing where you can see what I am referring to with regarded to the fluted pivoting surfaces:
