Anyone have experience with the RR Racing Air/Oil Separator

So I installed this a few days ago just hours before my track day. Install was simple. Had to unclip the wires and then re-clipped after install. I also agree the hose is a tad bit long. I got a kink in mine. But after install, I simply pinched it a little with pliers and it popped back into regular form and looks good.
This thing does its job. Had 6 20-minute sessions in upper 80F degree weather at Mid Ohio road course. Interestingly, sessions 1, 2 and 4 were empty. Sessions 3, 5 and 6 were 2/3 full each time. Not sure why the difference.
I assume normal driving won't produce much of anything but we will see.

No track days for just normal driving it works, just takes bit longer to accumulate oil. Conclusion it works as advertised.

Has anyone with the RR AOS had issues with the canister loosening up on its own?
I purchased an ISF a couple months ago that came with an AOS that the PO had removed (in an effort to get the car back to stock). I re-installed it shortly after buying the car and have put almost 3000 miles on it since. I haven't noticed the oil level indicator ball moving at all, however every few hundred miles, I notice that the canister is loose. I notice this because I either get a CEL that prompts vacuum leak/fuel related codes, or when doing any under-hood inspections/maintenance, I'll notice it is loose.
I drive it to work and back, with an occasional pull now and then. I've done a few spirited mountain runs as well, and no indication of any oil in the AOS. I am prepared to remove it as I am not a fan of it loosening up on its own as frequently as it does, unless someone else has had a similar issue and was able to mitigate it...

Yes, CEL's related to vacuum and fuel illuminate, however they go away once the canister its re-tightened. And yes, the hoses are connected properly. When the canister is not loose, no problems at all.
I contacted RR the first time it came loose to ask if there was supposed to be a gasket of some sort between the canister and the portion the canister screws into, and they informed me that there isn't supposed to be a gasket which I found somewhat odd. I suspect that the vibrations from the engine cause it to loosen up over time. I just haven't seen anyone else speak about it being an issue with their AOS's.

Haha I'm sure that was fun to figure out!

When you close the two halves of the canister and tighten them to the max, does it feel like it has a slight lock to it? Like it's tight! I have some new cans here that I just messed with and they do have that feeling to them. I can't even begin to know how many of these we have sold over the years (few hundred per year for 8 years) and haven't came across the can loosening. I just spent some time with one trying to see if I missed anything and they are pretty straight forward. We did come out with a new AOS model that replaces these and we do $50 off for current V2 AOS owners.

Wanted to provide a quick update. I took the AOS apart over the weekend to ensure it was installed correctly. When I removed the canister from the lid, I found that the filter assembly was not properly threaded into the cap, rather it was sitting at the bottom of the canister. There is a small rubber seal that sits on the inside of the canister when it is fully fastened, which should totally mitigate it from loosening up. Upon proper installation of the o-ring (sits atop the filter assembly, on a small, machined shelf in the top of the lid) and the filter, the canister tightened to the lid with resistance towards the last few threads (indicating contact with the o-ring, which it wasn't doing before). I don't anticipate any more issues with it coming loose...
Perks of re-installing used items without thoroughly inspecting them first - my mistake. Thanks to those who chimed in!
