To verify if your vehicle is a part of the recall, call local lexus dealer and supply your VIN and they can help verify. Yes, as above I already replaced a faulty radiator at about 60K. I believe there is much to be looked at in regards to our cooling system not directly any problem with efficiency but parts and design failures.. As I would do in my practice they need to complete a Root Cause Analysis and get this crap taken care of.

MY11, all seems well, coolant at full level after 3 track days.

 

Well, not surprised. I took my ISF in today to begin the recall and the valley is leaking as well as the water pump. Good thing for the warranty I will for sure get the pump replaced but will be calling lexus north america customer service back. so I will let you all know if what transpires.
