Here is how I would break it down.

If you are looking for an ultra low dusting street pad we recommend:
Carbotech Performance Brakes, CT1365-1521 (Lexus IS-F Front)
Carbotech Performance Brakes, CT1366-1521 (Lexus IS-F Rear)
OR
Project Mu NS400 PS4F160 D1365 Lexus IS-F Front
Project Mu NS400 PS4R106 Lexus ISF IS-F Rear

If you're willing to sacrifice a little bit of dust over the pads listed above for a little more performance then we recommend:
Porterfield R4-S AP1365 Brake Pad Front Lexus IS-F
Porterfield R4-S AP1366 Brake Pad Rear Lexus IS-F
Or
Ferodo DS2500 FRP3100H Lexus IS-F Front

If you enjoy driving your IS-F hard and are willing to spend a little more to have your cake and eat it too (a pad that can handle anything up to some light track use but is still quiet and low dusting on the street) then we recommend:
Endless MX72 RCP112 Brake Pads Front Lexus IS-F
Endless MX72 RCP119 Brake Pads Rear Lexus IS-F

All of these are silent if bedded correctly. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Yes I know it's a lot compared to other aftermarket options and we have been trying to get the price down to something a little more reasonable. The problem is the MX72 and MXRS are the closest things to a unicorn compound available. The MX72 is quiet, low dusting rotor friendly and completely civilized on the street BUT can also outperform everything shy of a full blown race pad for really aggressive street use and even some track use for beginner to intermediate level drivers. The MXRS is similar but is slightly more aggressive. Unfortunately for us endless knows this and charges accordingly... they are hot girl that plays hard to get because she knows she's hot It also doesn't help that the pad shape Lexus chose to use up front is a really expensive one.

I'll admit they are total overkill for the guy that just uses his car for casual street driving and we know a lot of people will be scared off by the cost. But I am willing to bet that anyone who really cares about braking and is particular about the different pieces of the braking puzzle (feel, modulation, initial bite, midrange torque, release etc.) wouldn't hesitate to buy a second set after trying them, especially those that use their IS-F "spiritedly" in the canyons or twisty roads. They are hands down the highest performing, most versatile street compounds available today.
