Is it safe to use a slightly-bent wheel as a spare tire/wheel? (identical to the other 4 good wheels)

According to Costco Tire Center and Mr. Tire, they had no problem balancing the wheel and the tire stayed on the wheel just fine. (though driving on it does cause a little vibration, which is why I'm keeping it as a spare)

I'm just wondering if I should bother paying someone about $100 to "un-bend" the wheel.

I've been driving on that bent wheel for almost a year. Just thought it was a wheel out of balance.
When I went to Costco for the free rotate/balance, the tech showed it to me. He said he was still
able to rebalance that wheel and put it on the rear. I still felt the slight vibration, so I went back and
had him swapped it out with the spare tire/wheel. Now the spare tire is on the bent wheel and
placed in the trunk. (since the spare tire was a different brand/model than the other 4)
