Took mine in last week, 2008 IS F 69K miles. The guy took pictures and said he would order the parts to replace dash and all 4 door panels. No idea how long it will take.

Took mine in Saturday and got denied. Mine is a 2008 with 183k on it. It is admittedly clean and was always garaged but the dash is still slightly sticky. The SA told me to wait until it gets hot out and then bring it in. Oh well, at least I have until 2021.

Nice. Good to know a dealership close by recognizes the issue. I'll see if Thousand Oaks Lexus will do the same.

I asked if they can replace it since there’s already remedy available but the senior SA said no since my panels weren’t sticky yet

Just got mine replaced. 2008 with 180k miles. All my door panels were cracked and my dash was pitted. Looks amazing now!
