A pillar wind noise

They tried to say that they wanted to take out the old one, reseal, and reinstall. I demanded a new windshield. They said NO. I called GEICO and they took care of them for me .

Nice, was the car ever in an accident or hit in the front? I believe there is a way to realign the sunroof. It might be too high and cutting the wind. Maybe tell them to adjust the sunroof.

I had a huge gaps on the passenger side and it was silent. I taped everything up and it still persisted. The dealer used this little microphone on a handle with a head set. It helps to amplify sounds. They said it was the bead leak. I would also suggest checking the rear passenger window mouldings

Could do that but that would have to be a pretty damn big leak for water to get through. The way the tech described it is " inconsistent bead when the adhesive was layed down". This can create gaps and disrupt air flow.
