+46 hp from the tune seems a lot for NA engine, but I believe Lexus detuned our engine quite a bit.
Just look at e90/e92 M3, 414hp from 4.0 V8, and Lexus gets only 2 more HP from 20% larger displacement?
Looking at the RCF with 467hp very similar engine. I think +46 is possible. Just my opinion. Definitely happy to see more. Very cool OP.
One more thing, I missed it somehow, how much HP Novel accomplished on JDM cars? I am sure the numbers must be very similar if this is for real.

Yes, my actual dynojet dyno numbers are all over the place. Anywhere from 350-375whp on a dynojet. It all depends on keeping the coolant temps low, and keeping the intake air temps close to ambient as possible... if you do not get consistent air intake temps, it is very easy to manipulate dyno readings on an ISF to get whatever you want, either intentionally or inadvertently.\
I actually feel I get more consistent results by datalogging and importing the results into Virtual Dyno. As long as I'm doing the runs on the same day, same direction, same road, the results are very consistent better represent what's happening on the road. But you have to be very consistent with how you do your runs, and do not use results from DC.

459*.814=373

I'm just sayin....
Make of that what you will.

Now I was in a situation where I was trying to overtake a built 14 stang n/a
And he was running parallel trying to overtake me...
Let's just say 400 extra rpm in 2nd and 3rd (plus x hp )
Kills it.
Regardless of the power , stretching out those low gears is money in the bank.
In other news, off to lethal performance for some dyno time.
You guys want me to keep you in the loop?

This is the same dyno I did my base in, be run in 4 th (yes I know, but base was done in 4th unfortunately so necessary evil for apples to apples.)
Same time of day slightly cooler temps
My base run
354Whp
325Tq
Post up baseline later (it's printed)
Mounting up now
Before any one starts complain I had to take off work and they bent overbackwards to get me in, so please have some understanding.
Life ain't perfect.
But that's the facts.
