Id have to agee with the post above. try car max... they will even transfer a car for no fee or small fee depending on where it is coming from. I got my 2011 a few weeks ago shipped from sacramento to fresno ca for free... it had 66k on the clock, and was $33998

Well guys, thank you very much for all this positive input. The next step is to actually find one now I guess lol. There is only one at carmax with 25k on the clock and a pricetag to support that so for now I'll go private. Hopefully I can find a unicorn, even the is350's are just as scarce here. The only ones available are new at the dealership.

PM me if you want his info. I have no affiliation to the seller.
Good luck in your search...

these cars are very very very durable even on a racetrack let alone just DD duty. You are golden. This is why the F has so many ex M3 drivers behind the wheels. Matt Farrah said the opposite in a recent review but I think he was just talking out of his ***

I'm in Kansas City and I too am currently looking to possibly replace my 2012 WRX with an ISF. I've dealt with CarMax before and it was a good experience. I had a car shipped from OK to the KS store and bought it.
There are two 2011-2012 ISFs at the OKC and Tulsa Lexus dealers. I was eyeballing both. I am a put off by the "L-certified" process though. The reason being the ISF in Tulsa has two reports wrecks and the ISF in OKC has a K&N intake. I would think wrecks would negate the CPO assurance and the intake should have been replaced with the OEM intake.
I strongly suggest driving one first. About 2 years ago I was looking at them and drove a 2008 ISF at CarMax. During normal driving it reminded WAY TOO much of my 2003 G35 sedan that I had owned a few years prior, thus I didn't pull trigger. Now I'm back at looking and will only consider 2011+ models due to all the improvements. One thing I'm really concerned about is that 2010+ models seem to be quite a bit slower than the 2008-2009 ISFs and are not much faster than my 2012 WRX with a basic engine tune.

I'll give him my car, if I lived closer to him... so he can re-write the review...
This is a much better car than the M3... yes you will need brakes and tires... but that's about it... (well I hope... I've had only had mine for 2 weeks... but I know so much about them... that it was an easy sell to my wife...)... now if I could just show her than I am getting 24MPG... lol lol

Holy **** whoever said you guys can find them cheaper on the west coast than east coast was serious... thats a decent price for an 09 MAYBE a '10 over here, unheard of for a 2011 by me, much less from carmax.

I bought my 08 F with 75k miles... it DD it and it now has 126K.... besides the oil changes, brakes, and tires, this car has been pretty bullet proof. The only common issue to look for and is to be expected with the 08's is a faulty water pump. I wish lexus would make it into a recall, but I doubt that'll happen. Try to find a 2010+ F... the right car will come along if you're patient.
