$39K for a 2011 ISF?
Really close to buying my ISF. Got a quote of $39k for a 2011 Dark Gray ISF with 40k miles w/ NAV and ML sound. Looks really clean and has a clean carfax with one previous owner. Buying it from a dealer in Orange County CA.
What do you guys think? Good deal? I already tried to negotiate it down with no luck. (salesperson said it was $40k before)
Truecar shows it being $3k below market average.
Thanks!!

Id say that is reasonable. Is it L-certified or regular used inventory?
Id see if you can maybe get it down another 1K since you are going to pay another 2500 plus in sales tax and title and license.. I paid a little over 35K for my 2011 with 60K on it.
Any pics?

Is this the first car you test drove/looked at? You can get a 2012 for mid 40's.
I would check other cars first.

My former 2011 SFP F is for sale at a Caddy dealer in Indiana. It has 53k miles on it and sales manager the other day texted me and said he is having hard time selling it. Said if I knew anyone looking for one he would take $36,800 for it cause that is basically what he gave me for it in trade. Car is mint.

South coast Mitsubishi right? They had a black 2011 for almost what seemed like a year on their lot. 39k seems high to me look at NorCal ISFs there's a couple 2012 certified for 41-43k try to negotiate with them. Good luck out of state has really good deals as Mrd916 pointed out. And tokenblkgy bought one Texas at an awesome price

I think the price is fine, but you may want to sign up for Lexusdrivers.com and search the service history of the cars you're considering. I'm on the hunt as well and finding that many of the these cars are being sold with modifications like intakes, headers, and exhausts. That's a no-go for me. I'm also seeing that most ISFs sit on lots for months on end and dealers are hardly willing to budge on price

Thank you guys for all the valuable info! I'll definitely keep looking. Even though the car is really nice, clean and completely stock, I would like to pay about $40k including taxes and fees. It is not an L-certified but a regular used car with a One Owner Carfax.

That's right Miqueaseli. South Coast Mitsubishi. They won't negotiate at all! Maybe once they see the car sitting there for a couple of months.

They won't budge no lie I think tranV bought a white 2011 they had if I'm not mistaken . The 2011 obsidian sat in their lot for almost a year . Check nationwide also the classifieds in forum . Depending on color you can get awesome deals like jdswiper did .

I bought my F from that same dealership, back in 2013. 2011 Obsidian, 22k miles, priced at $49k, if that helps you with your decision. Reach out to Sam, the General Manager, if you're currently not dealing with him. He's a cool guy and will try to make things work. He's know to try to work deals as best as he can. He (and that dealership) well known in the Evo community.
