I was looking at a 2014 (vin 11565) last week and was all set to go get it but they would not budge at all on the price of $53,995. I told them KBB dealer fair retail for the zip code was $50,500 and NADA was $52,000. I offered $51,000 and not a dollar more. They said, nope, it's too rare of a car to be selling it for so cheap. My response was they should enjoy it because they'll be starring at it daily for the next few months until they sell it at auction for a loss. ISFs are nice cars, but hardly anyone wants them, much less actually knows anything about the cars. Most dealers don't know squat about these cars and just how long they end up sitting on lots.
I was put off by how unwilling dealers were to negotiate. Yes it's technically a "rare" car, but that's because it was unpopular and remains so. When you sold it new it sat on your lot for 3-9 months; now you're selling it again and it's been on your lot for 3 months, but you won't come down on the price? Pass...

There are few 2014 in Canada sitting on the lot for a while now. Both are about $45-46k USD. They were like $42-43 like a month ago, but dollar fell a bit

we had one of the very last IS-Fs at my dealership at the end of 14. may have actually been the very last one. had a high build number. ultrasonic blue, carbon trim, no sunroof. actually have some pics of it someplace. I was a salesman at the time, and I remember sitting in it thinking about how it was going to be the very last IS-F anyone could have bought brand new. was a pretty wild feeling. I work at lexus of Orlando as a VTS now. maybe I can try to track down the vin. idk.
