The online Toyota dealers want about $2 a piece for these. They are the same ones the Supra (and a host of other Toyotas) use. Lexus seems to think people don't know this and are asking above retail pricing for the same piece.

If the op had all wheels worked on he needs to change all 20. The shop may have a torque wrench that maybe set to 85-90lbs but could be out of calibration. My buddy had his wrench set to 100 and ripped a stud right off his Corvette Z06. The calibration was way out and that was because he didn't put it away set at zero. He was forced to replace them all because he couldn't be confident out on the track. Be safe OP, you don't want to catch a hard corner and off goes your wheel.
It's booked into service for Monday so I'll see how much they charge me.
