Thank you. She has a bit, 68k when I got her. But I have all the records and she went through Lexus' pre owned inspections etc
That's my other friends car, slammed to the floor. Ill see if I can get some pics.

Thanks man, this is my first black car, but I know its gonna be a headache keeping her clean. But when she is it's so worth it. This past weekend I ran out and bought all new products to keep her looking fresh

Great color choice! I'm a bit biased, though. Expect a lot of maintenance in terms of detailing. Swirls love this color in particular. Other than that, it's all routine maintenance- oil changes, brake pad/rotors, tires, and the such. This car can handle it all and then some. Enjoy it to the fullest!

I have a lot of plans but I'm going to take it slow. Eventually I want to add:
'11+ headlights
Wald/Tom's/Arkham rear diffuser
Front lip (not sure which one yet)
Coilovers
Joe-Z intake elbow and Exhaust
Roof spoiler
Wheels later down the line....as im typing these out im realizing I want a lot of things haha. For now she gives me plenty of excitement despite being stock.

Welcome to the family!! One of the most amazing things about these cars... Are the guys on this forum who have such an enormous knowledge base and are so eager and willing to help.. It seriously takes ISF ownership to an entirely new level.

Congrats on the Obsidian beauty! Love that color after a good wash just hate that it only lasts a few hours clean lol. Good choice on picking a F you won't regret it.

Hey all, I picked up my Obsidian Black a few weeks ago, I'm in absolute love. I've been into cars since I was a teenager, but this is my first Lexus (last 3 cars were a Civic, RSX and G35).
I was close to buying an IPL G37 (glad i didn't) but after driving my friend's IS F around i became obsessed with the idea of owning one. After some patience and searching I found the right one for me.

Nice choice. Probably the best all around sedan you can get. Not the best in terms of moddability but it is the jack of all trades IMO. Enjoy it in good health!
PS - look into getting Optimum No Rinse and California car duster. Works great on black cars.
