Default Another Wheel Question

Hey Guys, there are some wheels that I am interested in purchasing but am not 100% sure they will fit the ISF. I have a few questions… any help/advice you can provide will be much appreciated.

Wheels are 19X9 front and 19X11 rear and the seller says “offset is around +32 to +35”. I asked the seller what are the exact offsets and he said that iForged doesn’t give exact offsets, but thinks they should fit the ISF just fine (he had them on a IS350). This seems very odd to me that a wheel manufacture would not provide offsets to wheels. How is one supposed to know if the wheel will fit their car?

Couple other questions…. What size tire would I have to run for this size of wheels? And, Do you think that there would be any rubbing issues if I was lowered on swift springs?

If you are wondering, the wheels I am referring to are in the for sale section right now

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Steve

It is not uncommon for manufacturers to not disclose off sets. There is a simple formula you can use pending some measurements. This can be found with a simple google search.

You need the off sets to determine proper tire size. Ride height will also play a factor in sizes. The 250/350 guys tend to run a lot lower off sets with after market wheels focusing more on show then go.

They'll fit depending on tire sizing, go 255/35 front and 285/30 rear and should be minimal rolling in the back

Thanks guys! I could take some measurements but I was hoping that someone could give me a definitive answer that they would or would not fit (someone with experience running this setup).

Justind27- do you really think I would need to role the fenders to prevent rubbing?

Happy thanksgiving everyone!

justind27,does the front rub with those specs? stock height...the front offset seems very aggressive

A +32 or +35 offset on a 9" wheel is a completely different size on a 11" wheel. Put it this way, KJH is running a 19x11 in the rear, and in order for him not to rub his offset is +61. He is also running a 305 tire.
I would have the owner measure out the offset.

This was stock suspension and 275/30 in the rear. I'm currently running 275/35 on a 9.5 in the back and it rubbed pretty bad, the fronts have never gave me troubles

This summer I ran a 285/30 on 19x10 +40 rear. My fenders are shaved and I have a slight drop and had an occasional rubbing, swapped to 275/30 and it was fine. You might be able to get away with the mentioned setup but you will need a decent amount of camber. Personally I wouldn't even try it but as I mentioned it all depends on what you are going for. I would ask the seller for the measurements to be positive in the actual off sets so you're stuck with trying to re-sell them.

Good luck and post some pictures of the setup you end up with.

I run 19x11 +38 and 19x10 +33 with 275/30 and 245/35 on BC coilovers. I had my fenders rolled and have about -3.5 degrees camber all around. Those wheels will fit with a little bit of work. I only rub on hard dips and turns full lock

Should pony up for some Aimgains! I'm wanting to remove them and mold the entire front fender as one piece, the new wheel set is going to be 19x9.5 +10 255/35 front 19x10.5 -21 275/35 rear, I want to send the rears to vr wheels and have them widend 2" on the inside

Thank you for all the responses, everyone. I think I'm going to pass on these and get something that won't require rolling the fenders or running big amounts of negative camber. This is my daily driver so I'm trying to keep modifications as tame as possible (which is very hard for me to do. Lol).

Justind27 - can't wait to see the final product!!

Thanks again everyone!

Those are big and agressive, it would take a ton of rolling and pulling with lots of negative camber or super stretched tires to fit those. No roll is 19x8.5 19x9.5 +35 with 225/255 tires much more than that and you will need either higher offsets to fit wider tires or a good fender roll.

Edit I went and looked at the picture, it's hard to tell in his pictures but they don't look very agressive I wouldn't be surprised if the offsets on the rear are way off. It would be nice if you knew his tire sizes as well. That's a pretty good price on those wheels, I am even tempted to jump on those
