The definitely do in some markets.. Just not in the USA 
We get stuck with the two tone hand polished finish - which happens to make them a very expensive option.

I'm kinda digging the '12 ISF wheels more, but thats just me! The RCF ones look too busy in my opinion...

The 20 spoke RC-F wheels do look nice on the ISF but I think overtime the busy design might get a bit old, there is just something about the 2012+ wheels that look perfect on the ISF. It's got that classic BBS CH look that never gets old.
