Is it me, or are these fake? The part numbers are wrong on the box in the first photo.

Lou, I saw that, but I was still concerned because the eBay seller recently changed the first photo and the incorrect part numbers on the packaging in the photo is still suspicious. Just trying to point that out.

 

I just bought some and came in original Toyota box and look factory.

 

I dont know....but I feel the same way. If they work for those who purchased that is great !! Its a deal and half.

 

Just found this... Apparently all brands (Denso, NGK,etc.) have counterfit or fake versions that look very similar or identical. Denso is a Japanese brand and made in Japan so one has to at least ask why they are coming from China. Buyer beware...

By the way, the photos of the product received "passed" all of the comparison tests that Denso put out in their literature. That is a fantastic deal but it would be great to get feedback from those who have used this link and deal on the current performance of the plugs/car.

 

^^^^As I indicated earlier in this thread, I bought a set of these plugs. I am friends with the Parts Manager at my Lexus dealership. I brought the plugs there to compare with the one's he had in stock. They were exactly the same. Even the packaging was exactly the same. The parts manager said they were the real deal. And they were. They also pass the visual tests indicated above.
