New ways of keepin it real cool
I made this bracket today that holds two, yes TWO 25 row oil coolers. One of which replaces the stock tranny cooler and the other is a engine oil cooler added to the system with a rather simply installed set of custom lines and a little modification to the airguide, horn locations, and ac mounting clip. I was going to run a 19 row on the engine cooler but decided to run the 25 and have the lines go through the airguide. Also, the fittings on the filter housing are also getting changed to 120 degree to keep the lines tucked up as far as possible, I just happened to have some spare lines around in the basement. The trans cooler lines will mount at stock height, I am currently waiting on the cooler and the fittings. Once the trans cooler is here the bracket is getting powdercoated black and the cooler will be installed at the dealer to also do a "fluid level check".

Also is the 2 row radiator. It still needs a little work but it is so close for final product, note this is a is350 fanset I haven't crossed the numbers on it yet but I do know it's different that the post recall fans cause my rad and fans were both replaced by the dealer. This will be paired with the previously installed HPS racing silicone radiator hoses!

Better than GTR stock lol look at that thing, I mean atleast we have a 5 lb stamped steel mounting bracket and a $350 cooler.. Oh and integrated pre water to fluid cooling in the oem radiator which is leading me to stay stock there unless mishimoto wanna work out a special deal which this is already or I can just take it on! Oh and the price of the hks kit to make it about half way to par with my setup to be is $2200! (Not including the engine cooler!)

Did you consider using the Tundra's transmission cooler? It's bolt on with the existing fittings and twice the size of the F's cooler. Just not sure about fitment in front of the radiator. I would actually be keen on making the slits on the side functional and moving the coolers out from in front of the radiator if possible.

Thanks I had to unhook it today before the open drift event cause I need some low profile 90 degree fittings and change the ends to straights that way they are tucked up high. I also made this skid plate out of some 1/8" aluminum I had, I'm going to make side extensions and fasten it to the bottom of the cwest lip when I get the new one but here's the center piece so far, still rough stage it's hard to bend this stuff!
