Do you have OEM suspension and alignment? Any special camber adjustment?
After my first track day my front tires were quite destroyed (outside edges) - how did it work for you?

I have run at the track with OEM shocks, springs, and alignment and not done to my tires what you did to yours. If you want to see pictures of my tires after a track weekend, take a look a Reconsidering the Factory Alignment.

Well, I'm learning the car and I was pushing it of course, but speeds in the corners were poor, comparable to my old e90 330i, which is very disappointing for competitor to M3...
I'm doing alignment soon, putting PSS and on top I will experiment with pressure - hopefully I can test it on the same track soon with better result.

Here's my left front tire, which took the majority of abuse at the last track day. I've had these tires since late August of last year, and they've gone through two track days (though, 2 of the 8 total sessions were in the rain)

I went with the 265/35 and 235/40 set up in PSS and even though the theoretical numbers are only slightly greater diameter than stock, I must admit that I prefer the look of the wrapped front OEM size vs the 235-the 235 bulges just a bit compared to stock, but even that slight sidewall increase IMO does not look as good as stock.
I'm honestly thinking about biting the bullet and replacing the fronts to OEM size. Anyone want to buy 235/40 PSS fronts with ~300 miles on them?
The 265 Porsche OEM rear I have no problems with at all. It looks perfect, perhaps even better than OEM because it closes the wheel well gap a bit.
This set up does handle quite well, no issues there, and it has two positive attributes, one of them unexpected: 1) ride quality is a bit smoother, 2) the extra 0.3" actually allows the front of my car to safely clear the bottom step in my garage, something I couldn't do with the OEM PSS!
If I had to do it all over with the 2011 rims I would probably just go with stock size front and rear. Just my opinion.

Front: 19x8 +40 offset 235/35/19
Rear: 19x9.5 +40 offset 275/35/19 on Nitto's
I realize that the rear tire is now larger diameter than stock and the front is smaller than stock. The rear fits perfectly with absolutely no rubbing and looks great, therefore I plan to stick with the 275/35/19 in the rear. However the front needs changed (too small, too much gap), as the rear is larger I would like to make the front slightly larger as well to keep the balance. That meaning 235/40/19. Question to the community will this rub at all on a 18x8 +40 offset? I am also debating 255/35/19, same question will it rub? The 255 will cause the front tire to be .1 inches smaller than stock while the rear is .6 inches larger, that is also a bit concerning for me. However I do not want to go to 275/30/19 like many have mentioned as that is .5 inches smaller than stock and I am trying to fill the wheel well better than stock (not planning on lowering).

I posted pics of the 235s previously. They look too tall and the front of the car literally feels higher when you are driving.
After finally seeing the 245/275 setup on 2011 rims in person, this will be the setup that I go with in the future. It looks proper and even with the slightly less tall sidewall, it looks very similar to the oem 225 sidewall height in front.
Dont make the mistake I made--go with the 245/275 setup.

Sorry, for some reason I thought that pick was 245. I personally am not a fan of 245/35/19 being that it is 0.3 in smaller than stock diameter, looking for smaller wheel well gap not larger. Ideal would be 255/35 but I only have an 8" wheel.
