I went to fedex today and they have a box for shipping laptops. It's a little bigger than I wanted but included a pink antistatic bag and adjustable foam for $15. I figure it's better to be safe than sorry with this so I don't mind the increased shipping price.

I am shipping mine also my friend sends these out all the time said use the flat rate small usps box and 200 dollars insurance. I worked for DHL as a temp for a few days and let me tell you they don't give a ****.I mean New dell boxes that say fragile they tole me to throw literally throw into the air and let it land over 10 feet away packages galore this ******* was tossing them I said that's a laptop he grabbed it out of my hand and tossed it Im like you ***** ya I couldn't work there. Good bubble wrap should protect it just fine for those who come to ask from a buddy who is a mechanic who mails these at least monthly or weekly.
