I wired mine up to a rocker switch on an unused spot on the dash. I did not like having a control box plugged into my center console, no need for that anymore.

Xforce tips came in. I thought they had a small flange on the end so that i would be able to clamp them on, but it looks like they will have to be welded

How did you guys run the wires inside the car from the varex mufflers? Through the rear door sill, under the carpet, and then how did you get it inside the arm rest?

Hey guys I'm thinking of ordering the varex version of this exhaust. Will I need to order anything else to make the install go smooth, or I just have to reuse the stock gaskets?

Thanks!

I brought in my cables through the pressure release vent in trunk.

right now cable runs under the trim panels in trunk and exposed wires to arm rest. I plan on just having it hard wired in the trunk.

pretty sure we can tap the amp power source, but my concern is exhaust smells coming in from the flap. I'll take a look tomorrow to see if there is a way to seal one of of the flap panels.

The flaps are really thin/delicate. You could easily seal one or both flaps and pop a small hole in one of them for the cables and then seal the hole. I just ran the cable through the flap opening (which means it cannot fully seal). I have not noticed excess smell in cabin, but I get some..

As for power, If you figure it out, please post which amp cable to tap power off of. I am not sure which one it is..

do you think they will fit with the mufflers or will you have to do a muffler delete?

Has anyone ordered the non-varex version recently? I'm hoping someone can confirm whether the hanger issues on USDM (or canadian cars) have been fixed yet, or if I have to plan on having someone cut/weld them?

Also, has anyone done a muffler delete like the bazooka? I'm thinking of ordering this exhaust and getting some muffler deletes done, as that should be about half the cost of the RR bazooka system shipped here to Canada.

TIA!
