I dont believe its a hard task to complete if someone can verify if the tips are 2.5 I may be able to do a d.I.y. if people have some experience with welding

I can verify the non-varex muffler tips are 2.5in wide. When the exhaust shop put on my exhaust they did not have to re-weld the hangers but they did have to cut the tips to fit. I've attached a picture of where the exhaust tip sits currently behind our faux exhaust tips. As you will be able to see the exhaust tip is more aligned with the top half of our tips. Maybe with some re-work to the hangers this could change though. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the pics to me it look like its not centered in the middle and a bit high so if I do weld tips on it would look off bc of how high the muffler is and is 2.5 actually the size or were you just eye balling it Im still debating if I want to go borla or joe z then get the add on tips the fake tips really bother me I would love to save the money and get the xforce exhaust but I know I would like to add some cool tips on someone please help what should I do

I'm powering mine from inside the armrest. It comes with a 12V cigarette plug. The control box and 12v is in there. I routed my wires under the door sill plastics.
