Default Fender roller clearance issues

I am on stock suspension and still do not have enough clearance to get the wheel under the quarterpanel lip to push it up without pulling. I am using the same Eastwood roller everyone else uses in the position that offers the most clearance. Has anyone else ran into this??? If so what did you do?

I didn't do any rolling. At that angle I am only going to be pulling, which I don't need. I am running a 275/30 tire and plan to run a 20mm spacer in the rear.

I misread your question. You will want to start off with the fender roller much less aggressive and with each several passes adjust it so it becomes more like the angle you want. You will start off just barely rolling and gently adjust it every few passes. You'll know when it's rolled to the setting you have it at and then increase from there. You can't start out at the most aggressive angle otherwise you will just bend the very inner portion of the lip.

If you look at the pic I can't get the roller arm and shorter. So, I can't get any less angle, which is why I am looking for help. I know how to roll fenders, so I have end covered.

Aren't there two slots for the pin right above the lug connection? Have you tried the other?

Yeah. That is what I was referring to in my first post.

No wheel spacers installed, right? Only asking because your pics only show the top of the roller.

some cars you need to disconnect the suspension for it to drop lower.

Yeah. I have dropped the LCA before, but I am wondering with the LCA dropped from the knuckle if I can still get enough upward pressure to roll the lip up.

I wanted to give this a quick bump to see if anyone else had a solution. I dropped the LCA, but it actually removed some of the downward pressure on the hub making my worse. Here is where the roller wheel sits with the car jacked up from the diff. I am wondering if I need to start unbolting other control arms as well, leaving only the top control arm.

^^^^Ah, jacking it up from the diff. Try jacking it up from the side jack point. I rolled my fenders with the jack mounted there and had no issues.

Guys I have put it on jack stands and removed the jack. There is no change.
