Default Buying is f out of state

Hey everyone! I'm looking at this Lexus IS f which is out of state. And I am wanting to finance it, will be doing a pretty good down payment on it. But I was wondering what it would take to make sure that it's the right one because I am not able to go all the way to Oklahoma and look at it. I like everything about it. I also wanted to know that I am not getting ripped off. Its a BMW dealer ship of Tulsa. It is $22k with 73,010k miles on it which is awfully cheap compared to other ones. It was also in an accident, but the airbags did not deploy which I saw on carfax. It shows that it is $26,276 from kbb, but they have a discount of $4,277 on it. Which I did not know dealers can put discounts on cars. I'm only buying out of state because this one is fairly cheap.

Here is the link to the car:

Because of the accident, I'd stay away unless you can go look at it. How would you know if the paint even matches?

There really isn't a way for me to go out there and look at it. But I was thinking of getting a ppi from around that area to check the car out for me and see if anything is wrong with it.

08's with this many miles range in price from 21k-25k. 21 being the the rough shape one's and 25k being the minty fresh one's. Considering this is a dealer asking only 21k I wouldn't risk it OP without visually inspecting the vehicle.

You can always ask a member here that lives near the dealership to go look at it for you. Definitely compensate them for their time.

What does carfax say about the accident? I'd look into the accident more before you decide to write it off, but maybe you can have another member take a look for you.

That's sounds great I will ask to see who lives near there. And will definitely composite them. But I just got off the phone and he told me that it was basically a minor fender bender. Airbags did not diploy and told me theres no color differences from the bumper to the rest of the vehicle. He also told me that it was inspected already and everything is running good. I did ask if they can do a compression leak down test on the engine. He will ask about that tomarrow.

I've actually seen this car in person. Some things stand out, the passenger side headlight has moisture in it, which worried me quite a bit, and there's no gps, which might be a plus depending on what you want. Those two things coupled with the accident on record kept me away.

All in all that's all I got to see, both times I've been there to look at two separate cars they were to busy inside talking to come out and show me the car.

+1, don't count on anyone to do this, hire a professional.

Also, are you driving it back or having it transported? PM me if you need it transported. I had my ISF shipped from CA to NC and it arrived just the way I sent it.
