Default New ISF owner..

Hello f'ers, I've been lurking in this sub forum for the last 6 months or so (didn't want to actually sign up until I owned an F, lol)..

Was a long time member on my.is, but it seems the f sub forum there is a ghost town, so here we are.

2009 ISF, 60k. It appears to be stock from what I can tell.

Going to do plugs and brakes in the next couple weeks, so that'll be fun to get into the car..

Coming out of an is300, this car puts a smile on my face every time I get behind the wheel! The girlfriend wanted me to get a 3rd gen is350 f-sport, but after driving an F I just couldn't get into it.

Sorry, I'm rambling..

Here are a couple pics from yesterday when I brought it home.

Totally agree, I just went and drove it to appease her mostly. Looks nice, but the drivetrain is no comparison. Thanks!

Thanks man, I have only found one rock chip on the roof near the windshield. It has clear bra installed on the front, it seems to have worked pretty well!

I'd change the oil and filter. A detail job (clay and sealant) would be nice.

Congrats to you and martin! I've had mine for almost 2 weeks but have only driven it about 30 miles.

I've only seen half a dozen f's around Seattle since they debuted.

Congratulations! The F seems to be in pristine condition. For an '09, it is still rather low in miles. Enjoy her in great health. Yes, the 3rd gen would be newer technology, brand spankin' new, and probably a useful rear seating area (minimal, but that middle seat helps big time), but power would still be underwhelming after having driven an F.

Congrats! It seems like we have a lot of members joining the club now. As an enthusiast, I like to convince people to MOD MOD MOD! Take a look at the ISF build thread section so you get an idea of what your preferences are. The poster above has a very clean build thread, ISF4Life with the silver ISF also went crazy on his ISF.
