I had my car dynoed on a Dyno Jet, made 408 whp.

6th year pull, manuel sport mode, traction control off, hood open, cool off periods, fans blowing into the engine, etc..

UPDATE:
Upon further inspection, my AOS was completely FULL of OIL! I removed the hose connected to the intake manifold and VOILA! It's all covered in oil! I just cleaned it up and empty my AOS can. Could it be from the oil being sent into the intake manifold that is causing my car to pull that much timing? I'm going for a test drive now to see how it drives. Will update as I get more info.

Yes, if you are sucking up oil, it can cause your car to detonate, which causes your knock sensors to kick in which pulls timing.

oil reduces octane and will pull timing. Whys that much oil getting in there?

I usually check my AOS can every 2 weeks and find maybe less then half full. I guess leaving it in after 1 month really put a hurting

Ohh man - I am sure this will resolve the pulled timing/low HP issue...

I installed an AOS about a month before the tune went in. It's been in for ~750 mi. total.
After all the "learning" pulls, the aos gauge showed hardly any oil. Gonna check it right now though.

^^Check it. Make it a habit. My only regret.....especially after they dyno it.....

I decided to do a full reset and unplugged the negative terminal. I hence have close to 30 miles after the reset and all I can say is the power is BACK. I took it to the back roads and did multiple 4th gear pulls to redline. My brakes are cooking! I decided to check my AOS and it's good. Barely any oil in the can. I checked the hose to the manifold. It's looking good. Damn...... what a waste of $100......oh well. Lesson learned and for all you running the AOS, CHECK IT before you go on the dyno.

wonder how you guys get so much oil in your aos. I have the 2nd larger version and after several thousand miles i've maybe had a couple table spoons at max.

Your numbers are not corrected. Your barometric pressure is near sea level (29.92 inhg) and your IATs are lower than the correction factor although your humidity is higher (water takes up space that oxygen can't) so you should be seeing higher number. If I had to guess your car is pulling timing as it dumping fuel as well and it's all happening up high because your torque numbers are (even though they're lower than expected) higher than your HP numbers.
I'm not an expert in that category, but I would take that advice. ^^^^^

This thing looks like the numbers of a WRX STi Stage 2 car with full exhaust and a good tune. (I'm sure that doesn't make you happy)

OP, find a good dyno place that knows what they are doing and have them custom tune the car.

something is not right, no way you should be getting that much oil in your AOS.

after two weeks of regular driving there should be VERY little oil in the AOS.

I'm over a month in and the ball barely looks like its left the seat in the sight glass
