Default New to the forum..

Hello All,

I wanted to introduce myself as I've been lurking on this forum for a while now but finally decided to make it official and join. I don't own an IS-F YET... but am actively shopping around. A number of years ago I owned an Is300 so I'm not new to Lexus ownership. Recently I've owned a tuned 335i, G37, and now a tuned Evo X. Should anyone know someone selling a 2011+ IS-F please feel free to let me know.

Thanks,

-T

Hello and welcome! Nice collection of previous cars! I got a buddy at work always trying to convince me to trade my F for a Bimmer. He's got a tuned 335i. He told me the only thing I will have to get accustomed to is the suspension. He said Lexus rides too soft...lol. I always smile and walk it off...I just don't see myself leaving this car. I love the fact that you don't see one in every corner. Very exclusive! Good luck in finding one! I'm sure most if not all your questions can be answered. Most members had to search nationwide for "The One." Either had to get the car shipped or bought a plane ticket to pick the car up and drive it back home. Be patient finding the right color combo you're looking for. Also, it might be wise to have a 3rd party company inspect the car for you or a Lexus dealership if not being bought from them directly. Good luck and welcome!

Only pic I have at present. I'll try to find some pics of my old E92. The G37 was my wife's but it was stock and boring. I had the is300 YEARS ago.

The EVO has all the bolt-ons, an upgraded stock frame turbo, AST suspension, sways, bump steer kit, and tuned on E85. The car puts down 440 whp and is driven daily.

I know the feeling about finding your dream car. Just got my ISF last week. Matador red with cream interior. She's a beauty and I'm seeking upgrades for her. We all have goals and mine is to have her up to 550 by next season
good luck!

Thanks guys. I missed out a silver '11 with red interior last month. I'm kicking myself for that. Now I'm only running into low mileage salvaged title and shady dealer cars. I'll remain patient and wait for my ideal "F". Would like to spend
$35k-ish on a West coast car with 40-50k miles on it. What are your thoughts?
