For the record, car and driver ran a 12.9@113 in the manual and I believe a 12.7@114 in the auto. These are slightly better numbers than stock and slightly worse than a modified isf(roughly)

Anybody else have any chance to run a scat pack /srt8 392 yet? One of my friends just got a brand new Srt8 charger and I was wondering how the ISF (stock and modded) would fair against it. I'd imagine the ISF would lost stock to stock since the scat pack and srt8 have been known to run low 12's stock out the box. But how about a modded ISF??

A Scat Pack is just an option on the R/T that gives you the 392 from the SRT8 without a lot of the other SRT8 upgrades (adjustable suspension, etc). It gets you SRT power for about 8-9K less than paying for an SRT8.
The Hellcat, on the other hand, is a whole different animal. Someone mentioned staying up with them above. Must have run out of room quick, cause you're not outrunning a Hellcat anytime soon. When it first came out M/T tested it at 10.85 @ 126.7mph. On street tires.

Over the years, Chrysler Corp has produced some really fast cars. I would suggest that some of the factory cars available to the public are anything but a joke.
1. The Factory Cars produced during the mid sixties are still a threat today and very collectible. The 1968 Factory cars are probably still the fastest accelerating, normally aspirated cars ever to be built in a factory.
2. While you talk about the Scat Pack and Hellcat, just remember that the newest 2016 Drag Pack cars make them look like a bad joke. You can purchase them to.

I raced a new charger srt8 from a roll about 4 times. From 40 he got me barely the first couple times, then the last two runs I got him by about half a car. Those things are quick but heavy as heck. This guy had intake and exhaust and all I have done is intake and exhaust as well. I believe if we raced past like 100-130 the ISF would've definitely been way ahead.
