in case you wanted to see what m3 owners are saying...

Interesting thread. I know the OP, Marshall Hagen (sharp kid). His dad, Stu Hagen is a god in the MKIV Supra world. Good to see car enthusiasts, first (M enthusiasts, second), come to the fore on that board.

Buddy of mine just got a brand new M3 couple months ago. Ordered it to his preferences. Wanted that funky gold/yellow, they gave him white. Wanted manual, they gave him automatic. The order was delayed about 3 times for a total of 6 months late. Personally, I think if you're going to charge that much for a car, it better be right. The car is nice and all, but I can't do BMW. I just don't trust their reliability. He had a X5 xDrive50i before this and it just kept having problems over and over, plus the whole recall that involved replacing all the turbo parts seems a bit much. his 6.50i before this had multitudes of electrical problems as well. I really want to like BMW, but they make it difficult.

Be good for the op on that thread to post a link to my YouTube video of the H&S exhaust!
See what they make of an IS-F that sounds even meaner than the C63!
Can't complain about most of the comments though. Clearly some of them are car enthusiasts first and foremost.
What you need to help cancel out the die-hard fanatics who are in denial!

its just funny...we all love cars hence the reason were on a forum....but, they act like the m3 is the god of gods for cars. Some I do appreciate how they look at the rareness and how our car is made but others clearly are young minded with thinking our car is a POS

The front fender massaging on the F is probably one of the sexiest things about it. I don't really understand the derisive comments regarding that. And the base misunderstanding of how fender flares doesn't equate to wheel/tire width is shockingly un-astounding for a BMW forum.

It's funny how they bash the isf for its
bulged hood, (which the e92 m3 had one compared to a 335).
Or the fender vents, (many modern sports cars today have this)
8 speed transmission (has become the norm)
and the OMG FAKE EXHAUST TIPS, which again many other car makers have implemented into their car designs.

at the end of the day were all enthusiasts...idk why there are so many people who hate...we all love cars Its not like were a sports team and its like kings vs ducks...shouldn't even be a rival for m3 vs isf.....both are fantastic cars with personalities and awesome things about them.
