Default Getting new tires, opinions?

Rear driver went out, so might as well buy a new set.

Seen a couple of threads with other members going with Continental DWS 06, thinking about getting a set of those with 245/35 front and 275/30 in the rear.

Any opinions?

Looks like a lot of negative camber and excessive wear.

I'm pretty happy with my new Michelin PSS 265's rear / 235's front.

You have 2012 wheels or MY and up . So you can go wider in rear . Jspvtec had a set of PSS for sale on classifieds . And my fronts looked like that not the rears so double Daaammmn

I've tried dws 06 and I didn't like them. They are loud tires and as far as grip goes, it didn't do as well as the stock potenza. If you want something better, go with re11 or re71r. Those have amazing grip and are my next line up after my PSS goes.

This week, I just installed the DWS06 in the up sizes the OP mentioned. They look good and drive well...too early to give an opinion. I will be tracking them at the Pocono spring meet in 2 weeks. I will know more then.
Of course they won't handle as well as PSS or RE11s since those are summer tires. These are all seasons.

I just put 20k on Michelin A/S 3s on the F and 15k on the IS300. They were great on dry traction (one track day too) for a HP all season. But after 15k, they were horrible in the rain and light snow - down right dangerous.
So I am thinking I will be giving up a little more dry traction with the DWS06 in exchange for the wet traction.

Michelin PSS, bridgestone RE-11 or S-04 are popular. I love my re-11's!

If you decide on the PSS, make sure to measure the tread depth before having them installed. Mine came 1/32" short on all four contrary to specs listed online.

I don't see how you can beat the MPSS. The tread width, weight, tread life and price all scream 1st place unless you're looking for track tires.
