They're definitely low dust. I used them for nearly 1 year of DD before I swapped to the HC+800 this spring for track use. I thought they stopped perfectly well for street use, but they do give up some of the initial bite that the OEM pads have.
I highly recommend them for a low dust/low noise street pad. I'll be putting mine back on this fall once I'm done with the track for this year.
