There's plenty of open threads that discuss this subject. You can get a bargain deal from eBay on the textar pads. SpeedFreaks offer a really good deal on the project mu HC-800, but that's $40 shy from what the dealership quoted you on the oem ones. The dealership would also recommend you to replace both, rotors and pads for optimum performance. If not you can just measure your rotors and if there within specs, just replace the pads. Again, existing threads go further in depth. As a matter of fact, I recall a member who actually started a thread comparing most of the pads available for our cars.

rotors on ebay (brembo) $253. Ebay oem pads $290. BOOM You can do non oem and save more. Stop Tech, Project Mu, and many track options.

Not that I've and others have noticed. Dusting is the same as oem. I couldn't tell the difference in feel compared to OEM.

I'm on my fourth or fifth set of pads / rotors.

Had oem for 3 times. Then tried the textar. Now on to winmax W2.

Cannot yet comment on the W2 because I just put them on new rotors. They were squeeling like crazy before since I had textar old rotors.

I was not happy with textar ones.

Project MU HC-800 got them for $380 front and rear! Just installed the fronts as they were pretty worn out.
