Which is "better" is entirely dependent on your own use and priorities. I'm assuming you are using the car for casual street use and are like most other IS-F owners who prioritize very low dust and noise levels. If thats the case then the Project Mu NS400 are the better pad. If you don't care about dust and are very cost conscious then the Stoptech street pads are the better pad. Hope that helps a little.
