Once again, thank you for the advice everyone! With that said, I did expand my search radius & was able to find a Blue '11 w/ 54k Miles.

On the other hand, waiting was beneficial locally as this '09 IS F popped up as well..

What are everyone's thoughts between the 2?

With our motors being pretty reliable, i would just find one with options you want and paint and interior condition being well maintained. Take into the fact that 08-09 have stiffer suspension and from 10 up they come with a LSD. I suggest finding one with price and condition that works for you and go test drive. I found mine online walked in, test drove, and signed papers.

Also im in PNW, depending on area your in i wouldn't mind helping you out.

get a carfax and check the history on the 2011 via the drivers.lexus website ... if it all checks out thats the one i roll with. you get thew new headlights .. rims, torsen mechanical differential and the newer suspension.

if it checks out .. no brainer on that one ..

I really like that 2011 in Portland. The ultrasonic blue rocks.

Very low miles on the 2009 Jay Buehner though.

Good luck with your search.

Log into mylexus and read about the 2011, there was something in the service history that worried me.

From a pricing standpoint, The 2011 USB on Craigslist is a bit overpriced based on miles and years alone. There isn't a VIN to check the vehicle history through Carfax or Autocheck and the Lexus website. My advice is to get the VIN an get at least the history first before looking at price.

The 09 at the dealership looks like it's a clean one. I checked autocheck and its clean along with carfax. The my lexus history looks good as well. I think it's priced fair.
