TXDave, I'm also in the DFW area. Love your old S2000; I used to admire those but never owned one. My F search lasted for only about two months and I ended up driving down to Houston to get my black/black 2012 IS-F. I know what you're thinking; who drives a black-on-black car in Texas heat ?!? LOL, thankfully these Fs are equipped with an excellent air conditioner, and of course its not a lot of interior space to cool.
Its funny how many people I've heard say "black is so hard to keep clean", but I've never found that to be a problem, or at least not much different than other colors.Hey I hope you find what you're looking for, I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Have you tried the search function on carfax.com ? if not, its just one more resource for you and lets you search by 1-owner if you want, and other parameters. Good luck!

Thank you to all who have helped me search for my ISF. This gem finally poped up 2 weekends ago and I jumped right on it. I said I wouldn't make it official until she arrived cause anything can happen. Found exactly what I was looking for, an un molested ISF. 2012 SFP/ Red interior 29k miles ISF. I am thrilled!

And yes, let me clean her up and I will forsure take pictures. It came in a little dirty from transport, ran it through a spot free wash yesterday on the way to the DMV to get a temp tag. Man I love this car! Such a joy to drive. Anyone else here in the DFW area?
