Hey guys. I know there's some of you out there with a supra. Has anyone tried out the 17's to see if they clear our brakes? There's a local guy on Craigslist selling and I'm thinking these wheels would be great for track.

17x8.5 and 17x9.5 +50 all round if you're not familiar. My research shows some of the SC guys on this forum are running them with aftermarket bbk's. Let me know.

 

Very few 17's will fit on the front, even with less offset than stock. Nor are they particularly light wheels.

 

No. They will not fit in the front at all. They are not light by any stretch of the imagination.

 

Alright thanks guys. I knew they wouldn't be light but I've always had a soft spot in my heart for the supra. The mkiv tt has always been a childhood dream.
