And that wheel guy will more than likely be a mobile wheel repair guy.
Cool, think I'll stop by the shop that was recommended to me tomorrow. They primarily do wraps but said they would refinish the wheels for $450. Get a real quote in person (I just got a generic quote for 19s before over the phone)
^^^^^I seriously doubt your Lexus dealer will do this. He'll send it out to a wheel guy, and make the middleman profit on the job.
Lou
This is not rocket science.. Hee Hee
Just get the repair guys name and phone number or where his shop is, and take them to him. I think Lexus here uses Wheels of America. I met the guy in person at their shop.
Cheerio, Zale
^^^^Yes, unless you found a set on eBay or Craigslist. I have RCF wheels on my ISF that I bought from a vendor on eBay And I sold my OEM ISF wheels on Craigslist.

The cost of the OEM wheels truly is insane. I thought it was a joke when I first heard how expensive they were. You can seriously get twice the wheel for half the price aftermarket. Crazy.
Subaru forged BBS wheels were ~$700-1000/wheel new or a several thousand dollar option package when new. Not sure why anyone's shocked - OEM stuff is expensive at the consumer level.
Didn't take long, damaged one of my wheels on my 2011 USBM ISF (pretty bad), looking for advice on wether to get it repaired or replaced via insurance. I have Statefarm and they say they will replace, my deductible is only 100.00, i think it will go under collision so a little worried about having an "accident" or it being reported to carfax.
If i chose to repair it has anyone had good luck repairing and ISF stock OEM wheel? In a perfect world they would replace all 4 and I could chose 2012+ wheels ;-)
Its a large curb rash pretty deep as well.
Same thing by me (horrific gash from a huge rock on the road though) & I have State Farm as well. They quoted the wheel (MY08) at 1200 after my deductible and wrote me a check on the spot. Had my rims all refinished for 500 bucks. Good as new.
Lou is correct, Lexus will send your rim/rims out and you pay them as a middleman for I know firsthand.
As far as getting only one rim repaired, as others stated; anyone who has been in business repairing rims will make a ugly duckling look like a princess.
Also, you may really want to rethink doing the claim thing with your insurance for you will end up paying them back with interest and then some in the long run.

I just had my HREs repaired after discount tire scratched one . The job was done 95% perfect . Can't complain especially on a car that is track as heavily as mine . Only $125 per wheel and they were mobile ! They were called Fresh Wheels
