Ours is black though, so blends in pretty well with both my interior and the wife's MB.
That's the exact one I was looking at.. not bad for $50 or so bucks.

I got one of these. I'm happy with it. When we are back from a trip I pull it it, shake it off and then bring it inside and vacuum it. Then it folds up. I've been on a few long trips with it and there are no extra scratches or damage from him being in the back.

I like the hammock idea, looks very interesting.

Just use some beach towels and lay them out...

The dog hair clings to those hammocks. The material works very well to trap it, and then you can either just wash it of like mentioned shake it off/vacuum.

Also pretty thick so haven't seen any nail marks in either of our interiors. My wife's MB has super sensitive alcantara and still looks great.
