Mostly the new stuff for LEX 2013+ support. Related to the older ones:

Corrupted /data fixed automatically
CarPlay glitches fixed

We will send the email blast today asking everybody to update to the latest, it will fix most of the boot loops or similar issues where system gets corrupted.

Does this system pass the netflix video to the rear headrest TV's in a 2008 Lexus GX470? Any updates on release date for v2?

Not unless your nav is mirrored on the rear screens

Nav isn't mirrored, but the DVD player is. It plays while moving on the front screen and the back screens so I guess it should work! Thank you!

yeah, I do see all the negative reviews. I don't plan on changing anything for 6 months to a year and it would be between Vline and the 10.4 inch tesla screens. They are having issues too, but it looks like it is getting closer.

VL2 Bluetooth aptx HD codec?

Hi Grom

Will the new model VL2 get the Bluetooth "aptx HD" for hi-fi audio which allows to stream 24bit from our compatible mobile phones like the 40$ 3.5mm Bluetooth receiver/transmitter does?

We use Realtek and Broadcom ICs for Bluetooth which means they won't get Aptx due to licensing issues.

I'll answer my own question.

v32 appears to have improved UI responsiveness for the VLINE app and CarPlay.
The boot-up time appears to have been reduced too.
It still doesn't give me the option to perform OTA firmware (VBASE) upgrades.

Looks like pre-orders are open for newer non-touchscreen NAVs. Pre-order price is $349, not sure I'll buy in at that price considering my poor experience with the VL1. Last time I was the early adopter and guinea pig, not sure I want to be in that position again. Hopefully they post some videos of it's performance, a comparison to VL1 would be nice.
